Application for admission into Loyola Jesuit College is now STRICTLY ONLINE .

The online application form is located at http://www.loyolajesuit.org/Admission.htm and will be deactivated on 15th of December’08 .

APPLICATION FORM :

•  visit http://www.loyolajesuit.org

•  read carefully “how to complete the online application form”.

•  complete all the fields on the form displayed - where information is not available or applicable, please enter “NA” in the space provided

•  be sure you specify which exam centre you prefer for taking the test – this is really important

•  submit the application

•  print a hard copy - it contains: main application and admission ticket

•  prepare 2 passport-sized photographs - one must be pasted in the box on the main application and the other one on the admission ticket

•  together with the completed form (do not cut the admission ticket) please send: a copy of birth certificate (s tudents must be 10 years old by 01.09.2009) , one self-addressed envelope with 1 st class stamp attached and a cheque of £100.00. Cheques should be payable to Jesuit Missions

•  send everything to Mrs Anna Sayan, Jesuit Missions, 11 Edge Hill , SW19 4LR , Wimbledon, London

Completed application form must be printed and registered with one of the Selling Centres (in UK – Jesuit Missions, 11 Edge Hill , SW19 4LR , Wimbledon, London ) before 31.12.2008. Please notice that Selling Centres are obliged to do not accept any application forms after this date.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT

1. you will receive a letter from us with necessary details together with the admission ticket

2. you will be issued a unique exam number and access code. Use your Access Code to login and download the past entrance tests at http://www.loyolajesuit.org/admissions/index.php

THE KEY DATES :

- 01.09.2008 – 15.12.2008 entrance forms available online

- 31.12.2008 deadline for registration of entrance forms

- 07.02.2009 date of entrance exam

- 01.03.2009 list of successful candidate published on-line*

- 01.04.2009 publication of final entrance list into LJC

* A list of successful candidates will be available at school’s web site www.loyolajesuit.org

EXAM:

- takes place at Donhead Wimbledon College Preparatory School ( 33 Edge Hill, Wimbledon, London , SW19 4NP )

- 09.15 arrival for all candidates – please remember to bring with you the admission ticket as there is no admission without it

- begins at 09.30 am - any late arrivals will only be allowed to enter the exam room at Invigilator’s discretion, but no extra time will be allowed

•  lasts 3 hours (English, mathematics and aptitude test)

Please be aware – parents are not permitted to stay at Donhead College during the exam.
